Project Description:
A multi-disciplinary nursing, surgery, and anesthesia briefing to outline goals, confirm details, and develop working relationships among team members to improve patient safety and quality of care in the operating room.
Specific Aims:
- To develop tools to create an improved culture of teamwork and communication in the operating room.
